As a Postman Galaxy keynote speaker\, she’ll be the star of a rare and wide-ranging Q&A. \n“To me it wasn’t just about being in space\,” Ochoa has said of her singular achievements. “It was about being part of a team…about scientific discovery\, about learning what humans can do in space.” \nDuring a groundbreaking career spanning 30 years at NASA\, Dr. Ochoa was also the first Hispanic director—and only the second female director—of NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
